Conference Centre
Our web-based Conference Centre solution allows conferences to be scheduled both in advance by email and on an ad-hoc basis from and among users in any locations. The use of PIN codes and name announcements ensures that the network is secure, and people can enter or be brought in to the conference at any point. Messages can be sent to voicemails to remind users of scheduled conferences and then transfer them into the call when they are ready. Regular (e.g. weekly sales meetings) conferences can be scheduled to run automatically. Service and support can be requested from an administrator whilst still in meeting, so there need be no interruption at critical junctures.
