	<description><![CDATA[Please say a huge thank you to the whole team for the installation of our new telephone system, especially the telephone engineer, who was extremely professional and very, very patient. From order to installation the transition was extremely well managed and the transition from the old system to the new system was seemless.  The pre-installation set up was a fantastic idea, which saved any problems with the installation and meant the system was up and running immediately with no configuration &#39;after the event&#39;.
